ディレクター 、フランチャイズ パフォーマンス＆オペレーション サポート日本＆ミクロネシアとして、あなたはシニアレベルのリーダーであり、フランチャイズホテルの運営、顧客体験、ロイヤリティ、およびコマーシャルパフォーマンスの向上に加え、DOP（Director of Operationsオペレーション・ディレクター）を通じて日本およびミクロネシア全域のホテル全体に対する運営支援を担当します。 この役割は、以下の2つの要素に分かれています： 1. フランチャイズ・サポート：この役割は、特に以下の分野において、大規模かつ測定可能なパフォーマンスの 向上を推進することを目的としています： 1. ゲスト・ラブ・スコア 2. ロイヤリティ・プログラムの認知度および加入者数 3. ゲスト満足度指数（ソーシャルメディアのスコアを含む） 4. 主要競合他社とのRevPAR指数比較 5. フランチャイズの総支配人およびオーナーにとって信頼できる業績向上パートナーとしての役割を果たします 2. 運営支援：マネージドホテルを統括するオペレーション・ディレクターとの重要な連携窓口として機能し、 ポートフォリオ全体における方針の整合性、明確性、および規律ある実行を確保します。 日々の業務 フランチャイズの業績と顧客体験 • 「ゲスト・ラブ」、GSI、評判スコア、 ロイヤリティ指標など、主要なフランチャイズ業績指標の推移を管理する。 • フランチャイズホテルをセグメント化（高業績、成長中、リスクあり）し、的を絞った拡張可能な 業績改善策を展開する。 • フランチャイズポートフォリオ全体で、ブランド基準とサービス文化が一貫して定着するよう確保する。 • 監査・レビュー・評価後のアクションプランを確実に実行に移し、持続的な改善を実現する。 ロイヤリティおよびブランド基準の定着
