【具体的な仕事内容】
◎顧客への提案活動
- 顧客ニーズ、市場・競合動向を踏まえ、競争力のある提案・価格戦略を立案・推進する。
- プロジェクトチームおよび他地域のKAMと連携し、品質・コスト・納期を考慮した提案を期限内に実現する。
- 新技術・新製品・ソリューションを提案し、顧客価値の向上と案件獲得を推進する。
- 顧客要求や提案内容を関係部署と共有・調整し、一貫した顧客対応を実現する。
◎商談・契約交渉
- 新規案件獲得に向けた商談・契約交渉を主導し、顧客への提案価値を訴求しながら合意形成を推進する。
- 市場・顧客・競合に関する情報を分析・共有し、営業戦略および交渉方針に反映する。
- プロダクトグループ(PG)と連携し、交渉状況や競合動向を共有するとともに、グループ方針およびCAAに基づき契約内容の確認・交渉を行う。
◎売上・予算管理
- 担当顧客の売上高、販売価格および受注目標の達成に責任を持ち、予算(CDP・MTPを含む)の策定・管理・報告を行う。
- 市場環境や技術変更、生産数量、原材料価格、インフレなどを踏まえ、価格改定やコストダウン施策を顧客と交渉・推進する。
◎営業・オペレーション管理
- 担当地域における営業活動を推進し、Sales Administrationと連携して価格情報を適切に管理・更新する。
- クレームや物流・品質トラブル発生時の顧客対応を行うとともに、売掛金の回収状況を管理し、必要な改善施策を実施する。

【Division and Products】
◎ Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions:
1)Power Division:Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.
2)Brain Division:Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences.
3)Lighting Division:Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for “Lighting Everywhere.”
4)Valeo Service Division:Provides after-sales services for all products from divisions 1~3.
This position is within the Light Division.
[Specific Job Description]
◎Customer Proposals
- Formulate and promote competitive proposals and pricing strategies based on customer needs, market trends, and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with project teams and KAMs (Key Account Managers) in other regions to deliver proposals on time, taking into account quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
- Propose new technologies, products, and solutions to enhance customer value and drive business acquisition.
- Share and coordinate customer requirements and proposal details with relevant departments to ensure consistent customer service.
◎Business Negotiations & Contract Management
- Lead business negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business, building consensus while promoting the value of proposals to customers.
- Analyze and share information regarding the market, customers, and competitors, and reflect it in sales strategies and negotiation policies.
- Collaborate with the Product Group (PG) to share negotiation status and competitor trends, and review/negotiate contract terms in accordance with group policies and CAA (Corporate Approval Authorization).
◎Sales and Budget Management
- Take responsibility for achieving sales revenue, selling prices, and intake targets for assigned customers, as well as formulating, managing, and reporting budgets (including CDP and MTP).
- Negotiate and implement price adjustments and cost-reduction measures with customers, taking into consideration the market environment, technical changes, production volumes, raw material prices, and inflation.
◎Sales and Operations Management
- Drive sales activities in the assigned region and collaborate with Sales Administration to appropriately manage and update pricing information.
- Handle customer relations during claims, logistics, or quality issues, while managing accounts receivable (AR) recovery status and implementing necessary improvement measures.

- Valid driver’s license
- B2B sales experience targeting Japanese OEMs (JOEMs), regardless of the industry
- Japanese: Native level / English: Conversational level
