現在ERMではプラントの安全性の向上性を確保するテクニカルセーフティ／プロセスセーフティワークショップファシリテーターを募集しています。このポジションは、プロセス安全分野における技術的支援を行うとともに、クライアントとのワークショップやリスク評価セッション（HAZOP、HAZID、SIL、Bowtie等）をファシリテーターとしてリード・運営・記録する役割を担います。技術的知見とコミュニケーション力を活かし、クライアントとの対話を通じて安全文化の醸成を支援します。 弊社はUKを筆頭に、この分野のパイオニアとしてグローバルに活躍しており、特に日本ではリーディングファームとして業界全体へテクニカルセーフティ／プロセスセーフティを浸透させていく非常に大きな役割を担っています。 主な業務内容 プロセス安全に関するリスク評価（HAZOP、HAZID、SIL、Bowtie、ALARP等）のファシリテーションおよび書記業務 クライアントとのワークショップの企画・運営・議事録作成 技術資料・プレゼンテーションの作成支援 プロジェクトマネージャーや他コンサルタントとの連携によるプロジェクト推進 国内外のクライアントとのコミュニケーション（日本語・英語） 応募資格 必須要件： 化学工学、機械工学、安全工学等の理系学位 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル以上 優れたコミュニケーション力とチームワーク力 ワークショップや会議のファシリテーション経験 歓迎要件： プロセス安全分野での実務経験（１０年程度ある方） HAZOP等のリスク評価手法に関する知識 コンサルティングファームやエンジニアリング会社での勤務経験 求める人物像 技術的な知識をベースに、対話・場づくりを通じて価値を提供できる方 クライアントとの信頼関係構築に意欲的な方 多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームと協働できる柔軟性のある方 Technical Safety / Process Safety Workshop Facilitator – ERM Japan ERM is currently seeking a
