【募集部門のミッション】 シスコの社会インフラ担当SEチームは、電力、ガス、高速道路、鉄道、空港、不動産開発といった、日本の社会基盤を支える重要顧客を担当しています。ネットワーク技術を核とし、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスポートフォリオを駆使することで、お客様のビジネス課題を解決し、社会インフラのDX推進とビジネス拡大を技術面からリードするプリセールス活動を担います。 国内営業部門のみならず、本社開発部門、サービス部門、技術サポート部門と密に連携し、グローバルな知見を活かした最適なソリューションを提供することが私たちの使命です。 【職務内容】 アカウントSEとして、お客様のTrusted Advisor（信頼されるアドバイザー）となり、以下の技術営業活動を主導していただきます。 課題解決 と 要件定義: お客様のビジネス課題や技術要件の深いヒアリングと整理。 ソリューション提案: シスコの最新技術を活用した最適なアーキテクチャの検討・提案。 プレゼンテーション: 提案資料の作成および、意思決定者に対する説得力のあるプレゼンテーションの実施。 技術検証とデモ: 実機デモやPoC（概念実証）の設計・実施および結果報告。 クロスファンクショナルな協業: 国内外の関連部門と連携した商談の推進。 差別化戦略: 競合他社との差別化を図るための戦略的な提案活動。 【必須となる経験とスキル】 マインドセット: 新しい技術や未知の課題に対し、果敢に挑戦する精神。 専門知識: ネットワークSEとしての実務経験および、SP Routingに関する深い知見。 顧客志向: お客様の成功のために、先回りして課題を特定し解決策を提示できるプロアクティブな姿勢。 プロジェクト遂行能力: チームやプロジェクトを牽引するリーダーシップ、および高いコラボレーション能力。 アーキテクチャ提案力: 特定の製品に留まらず、製品ポートフォリオ全体を活用したCross-Architecture提案ができるスキル。 コミュニケーション: 日本語での円滑かつ論理的なコミュニケーション能力。 【望ましい経験とスキル】 サービスプロバイダーのお客様を担当したプリセールス経験。
