仕事内容 日本の自動車OEM向けの複数のプロジェクトの検証および妥当性確認サイクル全体を通じて、自動車インフォテインメントならびにコネクティビティテストを担当するチームをリード・マネジメントを依頼します。このポジションでは、プロジェクト管理の高度なスキルと、車両インフォテインメント、さらにテスト管理の知識と経験が求められます。 本職は、テストチームの全タスクのコーディネーターとして、また顧客（OEM）との主な連絡窓口担当者として、スケジュール、予算、リソース、リスク、品質の追跡と管理、テストプランニング、テスト仕様書の作成、トラブルシューティングや問題の調査、レポーティングを含めたテスト関連のすべての活動において、顧客、開発チームならびにサードパーティパートナーと日本語および英語の両方を用いて、緊密な連携を実現します。 ミッション 自動車インフォテイメント テスト エンジニアとして、最先端の自動車OEMプロジェクトにおいて、インフォテインメントおよびナビゲーションシステムの品質と信頼性を確保します。テストベンチと実車両を用いて、複数プロジェクトの検証および妥当性確認サイクル全体を通じて、高度な技術知識と経験を活かした包括的なテストを実施します。車両診断ツール、テストツール、データロガーを駆使し、機能テストから問題解決まで幅広い業務を担当します。日本語と英語のバイリンガルスキルを活用し、テストマネージャー、開発チーム、クライアントと緊密に連携しながら、トラブルシューティング、問題調査、修正検証を行い、高品質な自動車インフォテインメントシステムの開発に貢献します。このポジションを通じて、最新の自動車技術に携わりながら、テストエンジニアリングスキルを磨き、グローバルな環境で自動車産業の進化に寄与する機会を得ることができます。 ロケーション 関東（首都圏） 在宅勤務：不可 職務詳細 日本の自動車OEM向けの複数のプロジェクトの検証および妥当性確認サイクル全体を通じて、自動車インフォテインメント／ナビゲーションテスト、コネクティビティ／V2Xテストを担当するチームをリードし、管理します 合意済みのスケジュール、予算、品質レベルに沿ったテストサービスのデリバリーを管理します テスト戦略の定義付けからテストの実施、結果報告まで、テストツール、テストベンチ、テスト車両の予約・管理を含めたテストチームの全タスクについて、顧客との調整を図ります 顧客ならびにプロジェクトに関わるサードパーティパートナーとの緊密にコミュニケーションをとり、定期的なミーティングを実施します 人員配置、テスト戦略、タイムラインなどを含むテスト計画の定義付けと定期的なアップデートを行います テストケースの作成、アップデート、レビュー、承認をリードします テストチームによるテストケースの実行をリードし、テスト結果のレビュー、テストレポートの作成、顧客へのアウトプットを担当します テストエンジニアに対する技術的サポートとコーチングを行い、テスト環境のセットアップ、テストケースの作成、テストの実行に参加します。特に、テスト中に問題が発生した場合、トラブルシューティングを行うためのテクニカルサポートを提供します プランとの乖離を報告し、重大な問題や変更要求をエスカレートし、リカバリープランと解決策を設計します テストの品質と効率を向上させるためのイノベーションを提案する可能性を評価します 募集要項 必須 自動車OEM向けの自動車インフォテインメント／ナビゲーションテストおよび／または自動車コネクティビティ／V2Xの経験：3年以上 モバイルネットワークインフラストラクチャ（4G/LTEおよび5G）を含むコネクティビティならびにV2X技術に関する専門知識、自動車インフォテインメント／IVIおよびナビゲーション機能に関する高度な知識 スケジュール、予算、リソース、品質の管理および追跡を含むプロジェクト管理の経験：３年以上 プロジェクト管理ツール（WBS、JIRA、カンバンボードなど）に関する知識 テストの計画および実行、タイムライン管理、品質およびリスクの管理などを含む、納期実現を確保するためのテスト管理の経験 テスト計画の策定、各種手順、ソフトウェアのリリースおよびバージョンの管理、開発プロセスに精通していること テストケースの作成および編集の経験 タスクの優先順位付け、コンフリクト管理、技術的問題の説明、テスト状況の報告、プレゼンテーションを行う能力 日本の自動車、インフォテインメント、ナビゲーションシステム市場に関する知識 車両アーキテクチャ、コンポーネントに関する知識 電気工学、車両電気・電子技術に関する知識 車両診断ツールならびにテストツールの使用経験 車両データロガー（BluePirat、TTTech-DataLoggerなど）の使用経験
