フロントオフィスレセプショニストは、お客様との最初と最後の接点を担う重要なポジションです。単なるチェックイン・チェックアウト業務にとどまらず、一人ひとりのお客様に寄り添ったサービスを提供し、ヒルトンならではの温かいおもてなしを通じて、心に残る滞在体験を創り出していただきます。
ご到着からご出発まで、お客様が快適にお過ごしいただけるようサポートするとともに、ご要望やお問い合わせに迅速かつ丁寧に対応します。また、館内施設やサービスのご案内、アップセルの提案、他部署との連携を通じて、お客様満足度の向上とホテルの価値向上に貢献していただきます。
チームメンバーと協力しながら、ヒルトンのブランドスタンダードを実践し、お客様へ期待を超えるサービスを提供することが求められます。
主な業務内容
お客様との最初と最後の接点を担う重要なポジションです。一人ひとりのお客様に寄り添い、心に残る滞在体験を提供することで、ヒルトンのビジョンを体現していただきます。
- 温かいおもてなしでゲストをお迎えする（チェックイン/チェックアウト/館内案内など）
- スムーズなチェックアウトをサポートする
- 観光案内など
- ホテル館内サービスを提案
- ゲストの心に残る体験を提供する
