職務内容・責任
このポジションでは、低～中程度の複雑性を持つプロジェクトのコミッショニングリードとして活躍いただきます。日々の業務では、契約仕様書、品質基準、安全要件、およびサイバーセキュリティに関する方針・基準に従い、すべてのコミッショニング活動を効率的かつコスト効果の高い形で完了させる役割を担います。
また、プロジェクトによって現場に赴きフィールドサービスとして機器の設置から試運転調整を担当したり、プロジェクトマネージャーとして全体の管理監督を務めます。プロジェクトのプロセス、製品、システム設計の継続的な改善を支援することで、専門知識を発揮していただきます。
勤務形態：ハイブリッド勤務
本ポジションは、 ABB オートメーション事業本部、 計測・分析部門に所属します。
主な職務
- 主に製鉄業界へ納入する計測機器の設置およびコミッショニング活動をサポート・調整し、顧客受入検査の完了に向けた現地作業を推進します。
- プロジェクトによっては、プロジェクトマネージャーとして全体を管理監督します。
- 図面図書を作成し、各顧客と確認します。
- 契約上の義務を満たすための作業計画およびコスト見積を作成します。
- リスク低減計画を立案・監視し、関連する技術的リスクについてステークホルダーへ適切に情報共有します。
- コミッショニングに必要な機器、システム、サービスを確実に確保するため、外部組織や協力会社を管理します。

必須要件

オートメーション、計装、コミッショニング、フィールドサービス、またはプロジェクトエンジニアリング分野で 3～5年の実務経験
問題解決、顧客満足、チームワーク、安全文化の推進、および継続的改善に高い意欲を持ち、変化の速いプロジェクト環境で複数の業務を優先順位付けして遂行できること
高いコミュニケーション、調整能力
高専卒以上、工学系専攻必須。特に以下のいずれかの専攻の方を歓迎します。
- 電気工学
- 計装工学
- 物理学
- 機械工学
- その他関連する技術系分野
日本語能力試験（JLPT）N1レベルの日本語力
ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外工場や海外の顧客との会話を含むやりとりが発生します）
国内外への出張が可能であること（国内は3週間ほどの出張が年に3回ほど、海外も同期間で年1回程度予想されます）

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as commissioning lead for projects with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will ensure completion of all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting continuous improvement of project process/product/system design.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Automation Business Area, Automation Measurement & Analytics Division.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting and coordinating the installation/commissioning activities and related on- site activities focused on finalizing customer acceptance certification.
- Creating work plans and cost estimates to meet contractual obligations.
- Initiating and monitoring risk mitigation plans and ensuring stakeholders are updated on associated technical risks.
- Managing external organizations to ensure the availability of commissioning equipment, systems, or services.
- You are highly skilled in industrial automation systems, process instrumentation, control engineering, commissioning methodologies, and project execution within the Process Industries, Energy, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or manufacturing market.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, commissioning, field service, or project engineering.
- You are passionate about problem-solving, customer satisfaction, teamwork, safety culture, and continuous improvement, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, physics , Mechanics or related technical discipline.
- JLPT N1 lever in Japanese language
- Businss Level in English langugage
- Be able to travel both domestically and internationally
