HPE Aruba NetworkingおよびJuniper Networksビジネスの事業成長を牽引し、売上・利益・市場シェア拡大を実現するポジションです。Go-To-Market（GTM）戦略の立案・実行を主導し、TD SYNNEXの営業部門、マーケティング部門、パートナー企業、およびベンダーとの強固な関係性を構築しながら、事業目標の達成に責任を持ちます。また、Networking領域におけるビジネスオーナーとしてメンバーをマネジメントしながらパイプライン創出、パートナー開拓、営業イネーブルメント、ベンダーマネジメントを通じて持続的な成長を推進します。
主な職務内容
GTM戦略立案・事業マネジメント
- HPE Aruba NetworkingおよびJuniper Networksに関する国内ビジネス戦略の策定および実行
- 担当ビジネスの売上・利益（P&L）達成に責任を持つ
- 新規サービスやソリューションの市場投入戦略（GTM）の策定と展開
- 四半期および年間事業計画の策定・実行
- 関係部門およびステークホルダーと連携し事業成長戦略を推進する
ベンダーマネジメント
- HPE ArubaおよびJuniperとの関係構築
- ベンダーとのQBR（Quarterly Business Review）の主導
- ベンダー投資、リベートプログラム、MDF施策の最大活用
- ベンダーとの共同事業計画の策定
パートナーエコシステム拡大
- 重点販売パートナーの開拓・育成
- 新規パートナーリクルーティング戦略の立案・推進
- システムインテグレーター、リセラー、サービスプロバイダーとの協業強化
- パートナーとの共同ビジネスプラン策定
- パートナー売上拡大に向けた実行支援
営業イネーブルメント
- 社内営業チーム向け販売促進施策の企画・展開
- ArubaおよびJuniper製品に関する営業教育の実施
- パートナー向け販売プログラムやインセンティブ施策の企画
- 販売パイプライン創出プログラムの立案および実施
- 重点案件の戦略立案およびクロージング支援
ビジネス開発（Aruba, Juniper 両領域）
- パイプライン・フォーキャスト管理
- 売上および利益予測の作成と管理
- CRMおよびパイプライン管理の推進
- ビジネス実績分析と改善施策の立案
- 商談レビューの実施
- 大型案件の戦略的支援
チームマネジメント
- 担当チーム（１０名以下）の目標設定、育成、コーチング

必須経験
- IT業界における8年以上の営業、ビジネス開発、またはチャネルマネジメント経験
- Networkingベンダーまたはディストリビューターでの実務経験
