【このポジションはどんな仕事？】
本ポジションは、OEM顧客の窓口として、顧客需要（受注・生産要求）を管理し、販売・生産計画（S&OP／MPS）、調達、物流など社内関係部門と連携しながら、安定した製品供給を実現するサプライチェーン推進ポジションです。

単に注文を受け付けるだけではなく、
・顧客要求数量に対して生産能力は確保できているか
・必要な部品や在庫は確保できているか
・納期通りに出荷できる状態か
・供給リスクや物流上の課題はないか
を確認・調整し、顧客要求と社内オペレーションをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。

OEM顧客との納期調整や情報共有を行いながら、生産・調達・物流部門と協力してサービスレベルの維持・向上を推進します。供給リスク発生時には関係部署へのエスカレーションや改善活動をリードし、サプライチェーン全体の安定化に貢献します。

【主な業務内容】
◎ 顧客需要・受注管理／生産計画連携

• OEM顧客からの受注情報（EDI等）の管理
• SAPへの受注データ登録・更新
• 顧客需要情報の確認および生産計画（S&OP／MPS）への反映
• 需要変動（Forecast／確定注文）の分析および社内共有
• 顧客要求数量・納期に対する供給可否の確認

◎ 納期・供給管理

• 顧客要求に基づく納期調整および出荷管理
• 生産・調達・物流部門との進捗確認、調整
• サービスレベル（CSR）のモニタリングおよび改善活動
• 納期遅延や供給リスク発生時の原因分析・対応策立案
• 必要に応じた関係部門へのエスカレーション対応

◎ サプライチェーン管理

• ・調達、生産、物流プロセス全体の進捗管理
• ・安全在庫レベルの管理およびリスク確認
• ・MOQ、リードタイム、輸送スケジュールなど各種パラメータ管理
• ・包装資材・物流関連業務の管理
• ・輸出関連書類の準備・対応（必要に応じて）

◎ 顧客対応（OEM窓口）

• OEM顧客との納期調整および情報共有
• 顧客との定期ミーティング対応
• 需要変動や供給状況に関するコミュニケーション

【Division and Product Scope】
Valeo Japan is organized into four divisions:

1. Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

2. Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent interior experiences.

3. Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for lighting everywhere.

4. Valeo Services Division: Provides after-sales services for products across divisions 1-3.

This position is within the Brain Division.

【Position Overview】
This position serves as the primary contact for OEM customers, managing customer demand (orders and production requests) and collaborating with internal departments?including Sales & Operations Planning/Master Production Scheduling (S&OP/MPS), Procurement, and Logistics?to ensure a stable product supply.

Rather than simply receiving orders, this critical role connects customer requirements with internal operations by verifying and coordinating the following:

・Whether production capacity covers customer demand
・Whether necessary parts and inventory are secured
・Whether shipments can be made on schedule
・Whether there are any supply risks or logistical challenges

While managing delivery schedules and sharing information with OEM customers, you will collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to maintain and enhance service levels.

When supply risks arise, you will lead escalation to relevant departments and drive improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall stability of the supply chain.

【Key Responsibilities】
◎Customer Demand & Order Management / Production Planning Alignment

• ・Manage order information from OEM customers (via EDI, etc.)
• ・Register and update order data in SAP
• ・Verify customer demand information and reflect it in production plans (S&OP/MPS)
• ・Analyze demand fluctuations (forecast vs. firm orders) and share insights internally
• ・Confirm supply feasibility against customer requirements and requested delivery dates

• ◎Delivery & Supply Management

• Adjust delivery schedules and manage shipments based on customer requirements
• Track progress and align with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Monitor and improve customer service levels (CSR)
• Perform root cause analysis and propose countermeasures when delivery delays or supply risks occur
• Escalate issues to relevant departments as needed

◎Supply Chain Management

• Oversee overall progress across procurement, production, and logistics processes
• Manage safety inventory levels and evaluate supply risks
• Manage key parameters, including MOQ, lead times, and transport schedules
• Manage packaging materials and logistics-related operations
• Prepare and handle export-related documentation (as required)

◎Customer Relations (OEM Contact)

• Coordinate delivery schedules and share updates with OEM customers
• Lead and participate in regular customer meetings
• Communicate effectively regarding demand changes and supply status
• Address customer issues and drive internal alignment

◎Continuous Improvement & Project Support

• Propose and execute initiatives to improve service levels
• Analyze supply risks and drive process improvements
• Participate in launching new products, onboarding new customers, and executing new projects
• Establish backup structures and train successors to ensure business continuity

＜Must-Have＞:

• 2～3 years of experience in Production Control / Production Management (Any industry)
• Experience using SAP
• Experience managing data using tools like Excel

＜Languages＞:

• Japanese or English: Business level in one language, and at least daily conversational level in the other
  *Responsibilities will be assigned as either "Domestic Accounts" or "International Accounts" based on language proficiency.

＜Ideal Candidate Profile＞:

• Proactive problem solver with strong, confident communication skills
