• ピュア・ストレージの完全にシンプルなオールフラッシュのエンタープライズ・ストレージ・テクノロジーとデータ・ソリューションを広め、ピュア・ストレージのトータル・バリュー・プロポジションについて、日本国内の顧客の理解を十分なものにする

• 業界において最高レベルの顧客満足度を達成し続け、ピュア・ストレージの価値を確立するために顧客との関係を築いて投資する

• 目標達成のためのチームをリードし、アカウント計画を策定し、全ての社内リソースが確実に業務遂行とピュア・ストレージの新規顧客獲得のために従事しているようにする

• 販売活動の健全かつ堅牢なパイプラインを推進し、管理して、四半期および年次のクォータを確実に達成もしくは超過するようにする

この役割に求められること

• 日本の顧客と関わり、そのビジネス上の課題を理解することへの真摯で純粋な意欲

• ソート・リーダーシップ、創造性、および挑戦者のマインドセットがあること。顧客の洞察とテクノロジー・ソリューション分野の専門知識を適用し、継続的な問題を解決するためにピュア・ストレージのポートフォリオをポジショニングする能力

• 実績を伴う見込み顧客開拓スキルがあり、熱意があること。新規顧客を絶えず受け入れ、役員室とデータ・センターをシームレスに結びつけ、ピュア・ストレージのソリューションの優位性について熱意をもってポジショニングすること

• 書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションを含む、卓越した対人関係のスキル。関係性を容易に築くことができ、築いた関係性について時間をかけて深められること

• 自身の担当を評価、計画し、積極的にマネジメントして、最大の利益と効率を達成する能力

• チームワークと共有のオーナーシップを内部およびパートナーとの間で育てながら、複数のステークホルダが関与する複雑な販売・プロセスを導くための専門知識

• クォータを超過した記録を一貫して追跡し、参照可能なビジネスを推進すること

• 販売後の顧客の成功に対する熱意があること

• 新規顧客獲得または新規事業開発に重点を置いた外販の経験が少なくとも 5 年以上あること

• 日本語と英語の両方のコミュニケーション・スキル
