WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Account Manager to further client servicing strategies, manage client relationships and deliver best-in-class execution. Reporting directly to the Account Manager a you will be part of a growing team being formed to help expand our services in the market, working with some of the biggest brands on a global basis.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY


  • Take responsibility for a number of key client accounts
  • Managing a range of resources to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programmes
  • Helping drive our vision of our activity to the next level
  • Make sure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with performance targets
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to client
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
  • Training your team and others across the agency
  • Supporting cross channel best practice initiatives
  • Nurture strong client relationships. Ensure client retention and identify opportunities to further the relationship
  • Identifying openings in the marketplace in terms of business development
  • Play your part in the staff recruitment process
  • Help drive our vision of digital marketing to the next level



Requirements

DOES THAT SOUND LIKE YOU?
  • Minimum 6 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 1.5 years in a people-management role
  • Fluent Japanese and Business English communication, verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate with clients with confidence, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrable experience in translating client objectives into feasible, well thought-out digital strategies with a focus towards performance marketing
  • Excellent understanding of digital channels in Japan (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo, etc...)
  • Highly organized and a strong project manager
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly developed numeracy skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Can do attitude
  • Real desire to join a forward-thinking agency
  • Media rep working experience will be preferred
