Account Manager, Online Retailers, Large Customer Sales (Japanese, English)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- Experience in highly competitive environments within direct competitor landscapes.
- Consistently recognized as a high performer and consistent target over-achiever of the sales organization in previous firms.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Work together with team members to provide the best-possible service and insights to our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping set business objectives and drive organizations toward those objectives. Identify and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
- Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features. Collaborate with Google leadership (direct manager and above) to build meaningful relationships with customers that will lead to new insights and areas of customer growth.
- Learn and work with Google's product managers to provide input and customer insights to the development of Google products.
- Maximize results for advertisers. Support customers as they seek to optimize their advertising impact and ROAS.
