About the role:

As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly internal stakeholders across the globe and will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help Worldpay maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.
About the team:

This role is within the Pre-Boarding team within Global Enterprise Boarding
What you will be doing:

  • Process all merchant application forms and liaise with relevant teams to start assessments.
  • Set up Global Ecom and Large corporate WP APAC customers on all Worldpay platform’s (WPG, WPAP and Acquiring)
  • Amending current live or pre-live set ups at our customers request or the request of the business.
  • Responsible for activation Global Ecom and Large corporate WP APAC customers facilities on all Worldpay platform’s (WPG, WPAP and Acquiring), while acting as a gatekeeper or internal quality assurance manager to ensure all regulatory requirements are met whilst on boarding a customer prior to go live.
  • Take on, understand, and complete new products and services. For example, where aggregators, WDRC, Pazien and sponsorship banks are involved, you should pick up, understand, and be able to advise stakeholders on their various requirements and considerations, outside of the boarding piece, in addition to representing Worldpay in contact with sponsorship bank contacts.
  • Conducting investigations into failing set ups or pricing issues.
  • Driving change and optimization of processes and platforms.
  • Update Salesforce on a case-by-case basis with boarding activity.
  • Support the Commercial teams pro-actively and effectively manage day to day global operational activity by building a solid understanding of stakeholders’ processes and attending/organizing/leading RED calls.
  • Ensure quality control is adhered to (audit)
  • Manage and prioritize requests to improve efficiency. 
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and work to high quality standards and tight deadlines.  
  • Evidence of aligning approach and style to our stakeholders’ priorities
  • Evidence of the ability to capture the key information and share it using the appropriate tools available.
  • Understanding customer needs and pain points

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience of eCommerce products and services 
  • A good working knowledge of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Worldpay product knowledge
  • Understanding of the Worldpay System’s such as WPG/WPAP/NAP
  • Previous experience of working in the payments industry
  • Adaptable to constant change
