仕事内容

  • 既存クライアントとの関係構築及び追加ビジネスの把握
  • 新規クライアントの開拓・発掘
  • クライアントのペインポイントを特定し、適切なソリューションを提供する
  • クライアントとのプロフェッショナルな関係の構築と維持
  • リソースチームと協力してアカウント内の人材ニーズを満たす。

応募資格

  • 学士号または同等の学位
  • 目標達成に向けた業務経験がある方
  • 採用、営業、アカウントマネジメントの経験があれば尚可。
  • 電話応対やB to Bのコールドコール/ウォームコールに慣れている方。
  • テクノロジーやイノベーションに興味がある方
  • 語学力 日本語(ビジネス会話レベル)、英語(日常会話レベル)

Junior Sales Associates are the vital link between clients and recruiters. As a sales person, you will have to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets. Your activities will involve:

  • Cold/warm calling potential clients.
  • Lead generation and lead chasing activities to identify new potential clients and open up new lines of business and manage existing accounts.
  • Building your own client portfolio and expanding opportunities within existing accounts. This includes selling across the entire K2 service portfolio (Perm, Contract, K2U, K2K)
  • Identifying clients pain points and offering adequate solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Requirements/Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in target driven environments.
  • Previous recruitment, sales, or account management experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable with working on the phone and business to business cold/warm calling.
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
  • Languages: Japanese (Business level) and English (Daily conversation)
