Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned markets.
  • Work with the regional director to define GTM strategy and be responsible for execution.
  • Work with a team of inside sales, marketing, technical and other internal resources to discover and close business opportunities from new and existing accounts.
  • Recruit new and work with existing partners to define suitable product offerings and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales experience selling to both technical and c-level audience (experience in the information security market a plus)
  • Demonstrable capability in over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong execution of sales and prospecting cadence and able to quickly refine it as needed
  • Self-Driven, strong work ethic and able to work independently and remotely without much intervention
  • Adept at understanding and articulating new technologies, and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English is a must, Korean language capability will be a big plus
  • Develop and work with commercial and academia partners to satisfy customer solution needs
  • Experience in channel management, academia partnership or security solutions in public sectors will be a big plus
  • Four-year degree is required

Working conditions

This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office located in Japan or Singapore.
