Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ADAS project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, risk management)
- Align with OEMs, Tier-1s, and engineering teams on scope and timelines
- Oversee system integration, SoC/MPU-based ECU development
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and quality standards
- Drive requirements management, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication
Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years in automotive engineering; 3+ years in project management
- Strong experience in AD/ADAS ECU or embedded system development
- Knowledge of V-model, ASPICE, and functional safety (ISO 26262)
- Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI-driven ADAS or data platforms
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- PMP/Agile certification
Languages : Business level Japanese and Business level English.
