Description
* Manage complex calendar, travel, and reports.
* Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, handle conflicts, and manage changes.
* Handle sensitive and urgent client information, exercise judgment, and manage requests.
* Coordinate with internal and external parties.
* Balance priorities, anticipate and resolve issues.
* Manage emails and events.
* Support office tasks (restocking, keeping conference rooms clean) and people functions (recruiting, onboarding/offboarding tasks)
Profile
* Experience in administrative assistance (Admin support, Executive Assistant, Legal secretary, Group Assistant, etc.)
* Professional services firm preferred
* Excellent verbal and writing communication in both English and Japanese (native level)
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and visit office frequently
* Detail oriented with strong sense of confidentiality
