Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
● Leadandmentor a multi-disciplinary AI team to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
● Collaborate with senior management to define AI strategic goals and align them with business objectives.
● Foster innovation and encourage continuous learning among team members.
Project Management:
● Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI projects.
● Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
● Balance resource allocation, timelines, and priorities for multiple projects.
Technical Expertise:
● Behands-on with AI/ML/DL technologies, guiding the team through technical challenges.
● Stayupdated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate them into current and future projects.
● Reviewand enhance the technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaboration:
● Workclosely with product managers, data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of AI functionalities.
● Establish strong cross-functional partnerships to drive the integration of AI solutions across the business.
Quality & Standards:
● Ensure best practices in machine learning development, testing, and deployment.
● Promote adherence to data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI.
Recruitment & Growth:
● Playapivotal role in hiring top talent and nurturing the growth of the AI team.
● Develop training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
● Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. PhD is a plus.
● Minimumof 5years experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
● Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI projects.
● Strong knowledge of popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
● Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
