The Role

Sales and Customer Engineer (Japan), the position is part of the Sales team, technically inclined and sales oriented in nature. He should be responsible to work closely with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, product demos, presentation, and prospects Proof of Concept (POC).

A Sales and Customer Engineer (Japan) should work under minimum supervision to provide technical assistance to prospects, existing and new customers. He/she should attend to queries in a timely manner and follow up with customers queries diligently.

Responsibilities :

  1. Assist Sales Managers to follow up with sales leads on technical aspects - Provide technical support and deliver solid product solution to customers
  2. Contribute and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
  3. Recommend & influence customers decision making and promote Springdel’s brand and products
  4. Able to work independently and ready to work extra miles when required and able to travel onsite for meetings and POC
  5. Follow up with customers and engage in Zoom meetings
  6. Handholding customers on how to use MDM solution
  7. Provide technical expertise and consultancy to customers / prospects



Ideal Profile

Requirement :

  • Fluent in English and Japanese, verbal and written tp effectively liaise within the stakeholders in the region
  • More than 4 years sales engineering experience within SaaS and MDM related fields
  • Work outside office hours when necessary
  • Mobile Device management skill is an added advantage
  • Understand Android, iOS and Linux - Knowledge in Computer Networking and troubleshooting - Able to present and demo tactfully
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues - Converse effectively with prospects and customers
