  • Support the planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Assembly, Integration and Verification (AIV) activities for satellite systems and subsystems.
  • Perform AIV activities including satellite assembly, integration, functional and performance testing, environmental testing, physical property measurements, launch vehicle interface coordination, shipment, and launch site operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and production control, quality assurance, procurement teams, and external facility providers to ensure the availability of information, hardware, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), procedures, and schedules required for AIV activities.
  • Understand design information, drawings, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), BOMs (Bills of Materials), test requirements, and quality requirements, and create or update work plans and procedures necessary for assigned assembly, integration, and test activities by utilizing existing assembly and test plans and work instructions.
  • Contribute to the resolution and improvement of technical, schedule, quality, and safety issues arising during AIV activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and manufacturing/test operations, and propose improvements from the perspectives of manufacturability, inspectability, testability, safety, and QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
  • Support or perform the implementation, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Organize and communicate the status of AIV progress, issues, and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities within the project team.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives related to AIV processes, work standards, GSE, and knowledge management, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and product quality.


  • Experience in assembly, integration, testing, production engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or related engineering activities for complex system products such as spacecraft, aircraft, automotive systems, industrial machinery, robotics, or plant systems.
  • Ability to understand design information, drawings, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), BOMs (Bills of Materials), test requirements, and quality requirements, and to create or revise plans and procedures required for assigned assembly, integration, and test activities by utilizing existing assembly and test plans and work instructions.
  • Experience working with relevant stakeholders to identify, resolve, and improve technical, schedule, quality, and safety issues arising in operational environments.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate on-site activities, conduct safety confirmations, provide work instructions, and communicate issues and status updates in Japanese.
  • Comfortable working in English, including reading and writing technical documentation, emails, participating in meetings, and communicating through chat tools, with the ability to clarify and confirm information as necessary to complete tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of, or experience in, Assembly, Integration and Verification (AIV) activities for satellite systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in the implementation, operation, maintenance, or continuous improvement of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Experience in developing and improving assembly and test plans, work instructions, schedules, and operational standards.
  • Experience in improving manufacturability, testability, assembly efficiency, operability, inspectability, or QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
  • Experience in multi-unit production, or in product development, assembly, integration, or testing activities involving complex test facilities.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in, risk management, issue management, change management, or configuration management.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, on-orbit servicing, satellite operations, launch vehicle interfaces, or launch site operations.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for task management, schedule management, knowledge sharing, or process improvement.

<職務内容/役割・責任>

  • 衛星システムおよびサブシステムのAIV活動について、計画、準備、実行、結果評価および改善活動を担当する。
  • 衛星の組立、統合、機能・性能試験、環境試験、物理特性測定、ロケットインターフェース調整、出荷・射場作業等のAIV活動を実施する。
  • 設計、製造・生産管理、品質保証、調達、外部設備プロバイダー等と連携し、AIV活動に必要な情報、部品、GSE(Ground Support Equipment:地上支援設備)、手順およびスケジュールの調整を行う。
  • 設計情報、図面、ICD(Interface Control Document:インターフェース管理文書)、BOM(Bill of Materials)、試験要求および品質要求等を理解し、既存の組立・試験計画書および作業手順書を活用しながら、担当する組立・統合・試験作業に必要な計画書および手順書の作成・改訂を行う。
  • AIV現場で発生する技術・工程・品質・安全上の課題に対して、関係者と協力しながら改善・解決を進める。
  • 設計部門と製造・試験現場をつなぐ役割を担い、作業性、検査性、試験性、安全性およびQCDの観点から改善提案を行う。
  • GSEについて、導入、運用、維持および改善を実施または支援する。
  • AIV活動の進捗、課題および検証・妥当性確認(V&V:Verification & Validation)の状況を整理し、プロジェクトチーム内で共有する。
  • AIV工程、作業標準、GSEおよびナレッジ管理等の改善活動に参加し、業務効率化および品質向上に貢献する。

<必須条件>

  • 宇宙機、航空機、自動車、産業機械、ロボティクス、プラント等の複雑なシステム製品において、組立、統合、試験、生産技術、製造技術、工程設計、または関連するエンジニアリング業務に携わった経験。
  • 設計情報、図面、ICD、BOM、試験要求および品質要求等を理解し、既存の組立・試験計画書および作業手順書を活用しながら、担当する組立・統合・試験作業に必要な計画書および手順書を作成・改訂できる能力。
  • 現場で発生する技術・工程・品質・安全上の課題に対して、関係者と連携しながら改善・解決を進めた経験。
  • 現場での作業調整、安全確認、作業指示、課題共有を日本語で円滑に行える能力。
  • 英語での技術文書、メール、会議、チャット等に抵抗がなく、必要に応じて確認しながら業務を進められること。
