One of our top clients, a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed technology company with more than 1,100 employees, is looking for talented AI Engineers and Technical Project Managers to join its growing AI Development Team.
For nearly 30 years, the company has been developing digital products used by millions of users across Healthcare, FinTech, Education, Entertainment, Digital Content, and Enterprise DX. Today, AI has become one of its key strategic investments, and the company is building a dedicated team to develop next-generation AI-powered products and engineering practices.
About the Role
As part of the AI Development Team, you’ll help shape the company’s AI engineering capabilities while building practical AI solutions that create real business value.
You’ll participate in the entire development lifecycle—from business requirements and solution architecture to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement—while contributing to the establishment of AI-native development practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete AI development lifecycle:
- Business analysis
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Prototype development
- Implementation
- Production deployment
- Business analysis
- Lead and coordinate AI projects, including:
- Project planning
- Schedule management
- Resource planning
- Quality management
- Risk management
- Cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Project planning
- Help build and mentor the AI Engineering team
- Establish and promote AI-native software development practices throughout the company

Requirements
Required Skills
- Practical experience developing AI-powered applications
- Professional experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Professional programming experience using Python, C#, TypeScript, or similar languages
