- Lead the planning, preparation, execution, evaluation, issue management, and continuous improvement of AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification) activities for satellite systems and subsystems.
- Drive AIV activities including satellite assembly, integration, functional and performance testing, environmental testing, physical property measurements, launch vehicle interface coordination, shipment, and launch site operations.
- Coordinate and manage the information, hardware components, GSE (Ground Support Equipment), procedures, and schedules required for AIV activities in collaboration with design, manufacturing and production control, quality assurance, procurement teams, and external facility providers.
- Develop and establish AIV plans, workflows, operational procedures, and GSE requirements based on design information, drawings, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), BOMs (Bills of Materials), test requirements, and quality requirements.
- Identify technical, schedule, quality, and safety issues and risks arising during AIV activities, and lead their resolution and improvement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a bridge between engineering design teams and manufacturing/test operations, proposing and driving improvements from the perspectives of manufacturability, inspectability, testability, safety, and QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
- Lead or support GSE activities, including requirements definition, specification development, design coordination, procurement, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Track and report the status of AIV progress, issues, risks, and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities to project teams and management.
- Promote standardization and continuous improvement of AIV processes, work standards, GSE, and knowledge management across multiple projects and future programs.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and execution support to team members and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in leading assembly, integration, testing, production engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or related engineering activities for complex system products such as spacecraft, aircraft, automotive systems, industrial machinery, robotics, or plant systems, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret and utilize design information, drawings, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), BOMs (Bills of Materials), test requirements, and quality requirements to develop and improve work plans, schedules, procedures, GSE requirements, and issue management processes necessary for AIV activities.
- Proven experience in leading root cause analysis, resolution planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement activities for technical, schedule, quality, and safety issues arising in operational environments.
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal departments and external partners to define technical issues, establish resolution strategies, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ability to effectively coordinate on-site operations, conduct safety confirmations, provide work instructions, and communicate issues and status updates in Japanese.
- Comfortable working in English, including reading and writing technical documentation, emails, participating in meetings, and communicating through chat tools, with the ability to clarify and confirm information as needed to ensure successful task execution.
- Knowledge of, or experience in, satellite system and subsystem Assembly, Integration and Verification (AIV) activities.
- Experience in the definition of requirements, specification development, design coordination, procurement, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
- Experience in creating and improving assembly and test plans, work instructions, schedules, and work standards, or in driving improvements in manufacturability, testability, assembly efficiency, operability, inspectability, and QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
- Experience with multi-unit production, product development involving complex test facilities, assembly, integration and testing activities, or project management, including risk management, issue management, change management, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of, or interest in, on-orbit servicing, satellite operations, launch vehicle interfaces, and launch site operations.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for task management, schedule management, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.
- Experience providing technical support, knowledge sharing, mentoring, or execution support to team members and cross-functional teams.

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞
- 衛星システムおよびサブシステムのAIV活動について、計画立案、準備、実行、結果評価、課題管理および改善をリードする。
- 衛星の組立、統合、機能・性能試験、環境試験、物理特性測定、ロケットインターフェース調整、出荷・射場作業等のAIV活動を推進する。
- 設計、製造・生産管理、品質保証、調達、外部設備プロバイダー等と連携し、AIV活動に必要な情報、部品、GSE（Ground Support Equipment：地上支援設備）、手順およびスケジュールを調整・整備する。
- 設計情報、図面、ICD（Interface Control Document：インターフェース管理文書）、BOM（Bill of Materials）、試験要求および品質要求等を踏まえ、AIV計画、工程、作業手順およびGSE要求を作成・策定する。
- AIV現場で発生する技術・工程・品質・安全上の課題およびリスクを特定し、関係者と協力しながら改善・解決を主導する。
- 設計部門と製造・試験現場をつなぐ役割を担い、作業性、検査性、試験性、安全性およびQCDの観点から改善提案を行い、その実行をリードする。
- GSEについて、要求定義、仕様検討、設計調整、手配、導入、立ち上げ、維持および改善をリードまたはサポートする。
- AIV活動の進捗、課題、リスクおよび検証・妥当性確認（V&V：Verification & Validation）の状況を追跡し、プロジェクトチームおよびマネジメントに対して報告・説明する。
- 複数プロジェクトや将来プログラムを見据え、AIV工程、作業標準、GSEおよびナレッジ管理の標準化と継続的改善を推進する。
- チームメンバーや他チームメンバーへの技術的な支援、知識共有および業務遂行支援を行う。
<必須条件>
- 宇宙機、航空機、自動車、産業機械、ロボティクス、プラント等の複雑なシステム製品において、組立、統合、試験、生産技術、製造技術、工程設計、または関連するエンジニアリング業務について、計画立案、関係者調整および課題解決を含む業務を主体的にリードした経験。
- 設計情報、図面、ICD、BOM、試験要求および品質要求等を理解し、AIV活動に必要な作業計画、工程、手順、GSE要求および課題管理を策定し、改善できる能力。
- 現場で発生する技術・工程・品質・安全上の課題に対して、原因分析、解決方針の立案、関係者調整および改善活動をリードした経験。
- 複数部門または外部パートナーと連携し、技術課題の整理、解決方針の立案および改善活動を推進した経験。
- 現場での作業調整、安全確認、作業指示、課題共有を日本語で円滑に行える能力。
- 英語での技術文書、メール、会議、チャット等に抵抗がなく、必要に応じて確認しながら業務を進められること。

- 複数機生産、複雑な試験設備を伴う製品開発・組立・統合・試験、またはプロジェクトマネジメント、リスク・課題・変更・構成管理の経験。
- 軌道上サービス、衛星運用、ロケットインターフェース、射場作業に関する知識または関心。
- Jira、Confluence、MS Project等を用いたタスク管理、工程管理、ナレッジ共有、プロセス改善の経験。
