APAC Head of HR

Major global Cyber Security software solutions vendor is hiring for a Head of HR to lead the APAC region.
The company is growing in Japan and across the APAC region, thus require a Head of HR capable of supporting the region.
The APAC Head of HR will support the company's growth across APAC and be based in Japan.
They will by leveraging the existing organizational structure and ensuring best communication and collaboration across the divisions and different countries' offices. They will also be involved in talent retention by considering different benefits schemes and plans to ensure higher talent engagement.
You should be able to communicate in Native / Near-Native Japanese and Business English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
* Experience in encouraging and supporting business growth as HR leader
* Experience in stakeholder communications
* Ideally, experience working with both foreign-capital (外資系) and domestic Japanese (日経) companies
You will work as APAC region ledaer for HR to support growth of the business throughout the region! In return you will be rewarded with clear career progression and a great salary (20M-30M Yen).
