Introduction to the job
Support YieldStar metrology process development and performance improvement for Micron.
Role and responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, create clear problem description with customer and deliver solutions in an efficient manner
- Lead escalations as customer interface, communicating with ASML experts in Veldhoven (the Netherlands)
- Collaborate across departments to share lessons learned and stay up to date with BKMs (best known methods)
- Manage and maintain relationship with Micron and ASML stakeholders
- Support other ASML products as needed, such as EUV, DUV, VCP, etc.
Education and experience
Master's degree or 3yrs experience in semiconductor industry
Skills
- Strong communication skill (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill
- Basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Data analysis skills (Excel, MATLAB, Python, R, etc.)
- English requirements: TOEIC 600 +, ability to lead technical discussion
Optional
- Semiconductor knowledge and experience, especially front end process
- Project management experience
- Japanese skill JLPT N2, daily conversation level
- Lead technical conversation by Japanese in customer meeting
Other information
Work location for this position is Higashi-Hiroshima city. Onsite support is required and need clean room work sometimes.

業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行うことがあります。
三重、熊本、岩手、長崎、大分、北海道
・勤務時間
所定労働時間は7時間30分（休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の３通りが選択可能です。
8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:000
