Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To execute with support from managers profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in business account(s) while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

  • Represent the assigned account(s) internally as ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces
  • Execute the overall strategy for business account(s) portfolio based on global and Market strategies jointly with superiors / subordinates
  • Negotiate and enforce adidas Group trade terms
  • Monitor and measure progress on individual KPIs
  • Report individual KPIs to Manager
  • Recognize/Report conflicts in earlier stage
  • Make sure appropriate process / framework to review challenge is operated
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance for daily business
  • Ensure/Keep customer compliance with agreements

Personnel:

  • Contribute in ensuring the KA organization applies adidas Group standards and best practices available in daily work

KPI:

  • Sales - Responsible Account / Category and division in each account
  • Market Share
  • Margin

Key Relationships:

  • Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain
  • External: Manager / Buyer / HR / Finance / Marketing / Retail Sales representative

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • 2 years of functional experiences
  • Exposure: Sports, Sales, Marketing in Apparel / Fashion / Shoes / FMCG

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experiences
  • English: Business level / Basic
  • Japanese: Fluent
