Essential Job Functions:•Assist in the management of the architectural team and project execution.•Contribute to project planning and implementation.•Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.•Support the team in achieving project goals.•Gain expertise in business processes and technology integration.•Assist in adhering to architectural standards.•Stay informed about industry trends.•Develop strong teamwork and communication skills.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience•Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration•Strong problem-solving and team lead skills •Effective communication and collaboration abilities •Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on business or functional architecture projects •Successful involvement in functional architecture implementation projects •Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications:•Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus •Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
