Snowflake’s partner sales organization is actively seeking an Associate Partner Sales Engineer to join the partner sales engineering training program called ”Snowmaker”. Success in this position requires the candidate to be a technical specialist by aligning with key programs and educating/upskilling partners on key platform features and their business benefits.
Snowmaker’s purpose is to develop aspiring technical talent through a combination of education and mentorship. This six month program offers comprehensive technical and sales skills training through a combination of classroom sessions, shadowing and mentoring from alliances leaders and partner sales engineering peers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn Snowflake’s technology portfolio, the needs and business challenges of customers in every industry, and Snowflake's sales process. You’ll do so while applying your technical aptitude, exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills on a daily basis. Upon successful completion of the program, you will join our regional partner sales engineering organization and contribute to the success of the team.
