Job Qualification:

• Practical experience (3 years or more) in vehicle, in-vehicle ECU, or in-vehicle component development.
• The development process conforms to A-SPICE, so it is mentioned in the job description, but it is OK if you are not familiar with it and can gradually learn it.
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components.
• Experience in system design and/or software/hardware development for embedded products.
• Knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity standards.
• Basic knowledge of C language or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).

Language proficiency: Native Level Japanese and Conversational Level English.
