About this roleJoin our Automotive team as a Validation Engineer, driving the future of mobility through embedded software validation for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). You will design and execute validation plans for Central Compute SoC and related hardware/software components for a leading global OEM, ensuring quality and compliance across next-generation automotive platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge validation methodologies and close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.

[Required Qualifications]
・Experience validating Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) software platforms, including functional and performance testing
・Experience throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and system validation
・Familiarity with embedded systems, hardware components, and software tools used in system validation, which may include:

Languages: C, C++, Python

OS / Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR

Controllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, MCUs

Toolchains: GCC, Multi, Vector DaVinci, EB tresos
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
業務内容
・Design, develop, and execute validation plans for Central Compute SoC platforms and related hardware/software components
・Develop and automate functional, performance, and system-level test cases
・Analyze validation results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to resolve defects
・Document validation procedures, test results, and technical issues while preparing detailed reports for project teams and management
・Automate validation workflows using scripting languages and validation tools where applicable
・Ensure compliance with automotive standards including AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and ASPICE
・Perform regression testing for new hardware revisions, middleware updates, and software releases
・Participate in cross-functional quality reviews, KPI monitoring, stakeholder communication, quality management, and coordination with offshore development teams in India
