- Welcome guests at Bell Desk.
- Escort guests to Front Desk for check in/out.

Teamwork
- Communicating with other team members for transportation and parking arrangements.
- Working with the Door team to park and dispatch guests' cars.
Multi-tasking Skills
- Apart from baggage management, you also need to be flexible to handle different situations, such as providing check-in/out information and traffic information upon guests' enquiries.
Information Management Skills
- Check the shared items on the web proactively at the beginning of the shift, and communicate verbally with supervisor for special reminders.
- Handle guests' baggage and maintain effective communication with the team about the estimated pick-up time.
English Proficiency
- You might receive a lot of enquiries about directions. Since most of the guests are from overseas, you will have many opportunities to communicate in English.
Physical Strength
- Require physical strength as the role requires carrying and delivering luggage and etc.
General Requirements
- English speaking skill in business situations is preferred.
- Work experience as Bell Staff in 5-star hotels or equivalent establishments is preferred.
