Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact for all interactions with the Customer
  • Facilitate/coordinate meetings, interactions with the key business users
  • Review and define the tasks and resource planning
  • Ensure deliverables are reviewed internally and submitted to the customer on time
  • Provide oversight to all delivery aspects of the project
  • Prepares the weekly status reports and provide inputs to the Program Manager
  • Prepare Project Plan highlighting weekly tasks for the team
  • Track the project execution vs the plan – monitor the progress
  • Maintain Risk and Issue Register for the project
  • Keeps the team motivated and committed to the project delivery

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Project managing large CRM implementation programs preferably in Microsoft D365
  • Strong proficiency in Project Management and Client engagement skills
  • Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
  • Solution estimation methods
  • High impact Communication skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Customer Orientation
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Near native level of Japanese to speak with key clients in the market

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Proposal building methods
  • Project Management certification
  • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment

Japanese languages: Native Japanese and Business level English proficiency
