Bilingual Technical Architect Medical Software Development Cloud and AI

Annual Salary - ¥7,500,000 and above
Job Responsibilities
- Perform on-site work at client locations, collaborating with client engineering and product teams on medical digital solution development
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native architectures, APIs, and microservices
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models for medical imaging, diagnostic support, workflow automation, and patient data analysis
- Participate in requirements definition, solution proposals, and architecture reviews with Japanese stakeholders
- Support system implementation, testing, bug analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with medical software standards, data security, and personal data protection regulations
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and offshore/global teams as a bilingual bridge
- Work onsite with client's engineering and product teams to support medical digital solution development
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or digital solution development
- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience in AI/ML-based solution design or integration
- Experience in any one front-end technology (preferably React JS)
- Experience in any one back-end technology (preferably Java)
Langauge Proficiency: Native level Japanese and Business Level English.
