Your Role
We are seeking a BIM Operator to join our team in Tokyo, supporting the delivery of complex and high-performance critical facilities projects (e.g., data centres, mission-critical environments).
You will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams to develop, manage, and coordinate accurate BIM models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, technical standards, and delivery timelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models (architectural/structural/MEP as applicable) in accordance with project requirements.
Produce 2D drawings and documentation derived from BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support design coordination and clash detection across disciplines using BIM tools.
Assist in implementing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure integrated model delivery.
Update models based on design changes and ensure version control and data integrity.
Support project teams in meeting program deadlines and deliverables.
Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to technical problem solving.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Revit.
Architectural background preferred, with exposure to service-oriented or complex building typologies.
Project experience in data centers, critical facilities, and other large scale projects is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing project demands.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and quality control.
Proactive, collaborative, and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
