Job Description

What you will do:

Accelerate to expand the standardized osteoporosis care aligned with the 2025 Osteoporosis (OP) Guidelines by collaborating with medical societies. Lead a top-down type of transformation building through co-developing the training program, textbook and network for OLS coordinators in partnership with medical societies. This role will serve as a key driver in engaging medical societies, mobilizing internal resources (mainly UCB Osteoporosis Disease Liaison team), and ecosystem shaping to ensure sustainable and impactful delivery of best-in-class bone health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the value of Evenity through Bone Ecosystem initiatives
  • Develop the national strategy and operational plan in partnership with the UCB Field Team Lead
  • Establish national frameworks that enable local teams to implement standardized osteoporosis care successfully, and ensure that national strategy is translated into executable local actions
  • Engage with medical societies and develop national partnership programs
  • Partner with medical societies to develop educational content, training modules, and meeting cadences for OLS coordinators
  • Develop content and materials to support best-practice protocol implementation
  • Build the capability of the UCB field team and cascade the strategy to support local implementation
  • Identify mid- to long-term opportunities to strengthen the Bone Ecosystem
  • Lead the development of a One Company approach for congress symposia sponsorships and peer-to-peer programs, including aligned materials across AKK, API, and UCB
  • Update and align OLS coordinator training materials and textbooks with the latest standards of care

What we expect of you:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of osteoporosis treatment, including Evenity and relevant competitive treatments, standards of care, and clinical treatment approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate it into executable plans
  • Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in collaborating with medical societies, healthcare professionals, or other external partners
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Experience in osteoporosis, bone health, or a related therapeutic area
  • Experience working with OLS coordinators, multidisciplinary care teams, or care pathway implementation
  • Experience in field strategy, capability building, or national program development
