【事業概要】 昨今のビジネス環境では、SaaSをはじめとする最新テクノロジーの活用が組織の生産性向上に不可欠となっています。しかし一方で、SaaSの急速な普及に伴い、不正アクセスや情報漏洩等のセキュリティリスクや運用管理の煩雑さなど、様々な課題も浮き彫りになっています。 HENNGEでは、このような課題を包括的に解決し、企業の安全かつ便利なクラウドサービスの活用をサポートする、クラウドセキュリティサービスの「HENNGE One」を提供しています。 HENNGE Oneはサブスクリプション型のクラウドサービスとしてお客様にご提供していますが、解約率は一般的なSaaSビジネスの解約率を大幅に下回る0.3%前後で推移しており*、お客様から必要とされるサービスとして、上場企業を含む多くの企業にご利用いただいています。今後も継続的な顧客拡大やサービスの拡充を進め、企業のクラウドサービス活用を促進するため、積極的な人員増員を行っています。 *2025年9⽉期決算説明資料より 参考：会社紹介資料 【募集背景・ミッション】 当社が提供するクラウドセキュリティサービス「HENNGE One」は、2029年のARR 200億円達成に向け、プロダクトポートフォリオの急速な拡張とマルチプロダクト（コンパウンドSaaS）化を進めています。 個別のアプリケーション開発による「データのサイロ化」や「重複開発」を防ぎ、全社のプロダクト開発速度と共通体験を一気に引き上げるためには、全プロダクトを支えるコア・プラットフォーム（共通基盤）の統治と進化が不可欠です。 本ポジションでは、Identity、DLP、Cybersecurity等の複数プロダクトを束ねる共通基盤のTPMとして、全社共通データモデル（SSOT）の設計、認証・認可（IAM）基盤、共通UI/言語資産、プラン管理等の「コンパウンドSaaS基盤」のビジョン・ロードマップ策定から開発ディレクションまでを主導していただきます。 【業務内容】 HENNGE Oneのプロダクトマネージャー(PdM)として、HENNGE One全体のコア・プラットフォーム（共通基盤）の設計・構築および開発マネジメントを一貫して主導していただきます。 役割はプロダクトマネジメントに留まらず、ビジネス成長を牽引するオーナーとして顧客インサイトの発掘からバリュー定義、仮説検証、市場へのデリバリーまで一貫してお任せします。高速なサイクルでディスカバリーとデリバリーを回し、主体的な以下の3点の意思決定を行っていただきます。 「個別最適」と「全体最適」のトレードオフの解消 各チームの「迅速な開発（個別最適）」と「統合プラットフォームの一貫性（全体最適）」の摩擦を調整し、コンパウンドSaaSとしての統合価値を最大化する。 共通体験のビジョン・ロードマップ策定と推進: プロダクト横断の共通体験（ユーザー管理・認証・権限、辞書等の言語資産、プラン管理、セキュリティ基盤）のビジョン・ロードマップ策定および全体の推進。 抽象化とモジュール化によるビジョン提示 各プロダクトの個別要件から汎用的なプラットフォーム機能（共通アセット）を抽出し、他チームが納得できるクリアな基盤ロードマップを示す。 要件定義・仕様策定・開発ディレクション: 各プロダクトのPdM・エンジニア・デザイナーと連携した要件定義、共通API・データスキーマ（SSOT）の仕様策定、および開発ディレクション。 ID基盤に関わる機能企画・優先順位判断: SSO/SAML・プロビジョニング等、企業向けID基盤（IAM）に関わる機能の企画および開発優先順位の判断。 泥臭い合意形成とHENNGE Wayの実践 複雑に絡み合う利害関係者（PdM・EM・ビジネス部門）に対し、データとロジック、そして「謙虚と尊敬」の姿勢を持って泥臭く対話し、合意を導く。 ステークホルダーとの合意形成・方向づけ: 各プロダクトチーム（PdM・EM等）との緻密なコミュニケーションを通じた「やりたいこと」の理解、アーキテクチャの交通整理、および全社共通基盤への合意形成・方向づけ。 プロダクト間依存関係のコントロールと標準化: プラットフォーム変更に伴う破壊的変更の防止、依存関係の交通整理、ドキュメント化やAI・ツール活用による開発プロセスの標準化。
