What you will be doing
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role is to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. The incumbent will manage associates, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The incumbent will also have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall commercial goals and objectives for the business portfolio Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans Direct all operational aspects including business development, operations, customer service, human resources, administration and quality. Responsible for training, coaching, and associate development. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws Stay informed of market dynamics affecting the business including customer, competitors and regulation and communication action plans to management. Address customer and employee feedback promptly Collaborate with regional functions to achieve goals and deliver the plan Responsible for Local Occupational Safety and Health guidelines The holder of the position is obligated to perform, in addition to the above-described tasks, individual tasks assigned by his/her superiors, which are to be seen by their nature as part of his/her work area, or which arise out of necessity.

Replacement and new investments are plan-able in a timely and effective manner, under consideration of all relevant issues of the branch office; Recognize and eliminate problems related to the social infrastructure of the branch office early on.
