Job Description

Purpose Statement:


This position is responsible to improve this capability largely targeting for brand team members. There are 3 major objectives assigned for this position:





  1. Embed the framework of brand excellence with the Brand Teams.

  2. Identify the gap in capability of brand team based on the requirement from the academy Brand Team Competencies.

  3. Organize the WS to improve the quality of Brand Plan/Functional plans and Manage AMT Review process.




Major Responsibilities:





  1. Embed the framework from Global 

  2. To Improve of the Quality of Brand Plan/Functional Plan





  • Manage AMT review (Brand Plan Review, Tactical Plan Review).

  • Manage feedback process of AMT review including development of report to Brand team leaders

  • Manage Brand Team Site appropriately

  • Deliver the info of Planning framework and update from global





  1. Manage Competency assessment and Gap analysis based on common and Functional





  • Aligned with HR, prepare support tool for efficient assessment for Targeted Brand Team Members

  • Based on the assessment results, identify the opportunities to improve

  • Design and deliver the training programs.

  • Encourage the Brand Team Members to utilize the Global Academy contents

  • Onboarding Supports including ways of working by cross functional teams


4.Teamwork



  • Manage the own tasks independently and support team manager for the total outcome of the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Critical requirements

    • Experience of training for capability development of brand team member 

    • Experience of involving creating brand strategy as brand manager (>3 years)

    • Experience of cross functional project management (>3 years)

    • English reading/writing/communicating skills


  • Desirable experiences

    • Experience as a people manager

    • Experience of MR/Sales/MSL/Talent Development/HR

    • Experience of consulting firm

    • Design and execute the Patient Support Programs/Patient Activation Programs

    • Experience the product launch
