Job Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements, existing workflows, pain points, user personas, and target outcomes.
- Translate business guidelines, regulatory constraints, and industry practices into logical flowcharts, agent instructions, and structured system prompts.
- Work with client SMEs to identify, collect, and validate high-quality knowledge assets such as documents, manuals, FAQs, and databases for grounding AI system responses.
- Define KPIs and collaborate with FDEs to build golden test datasets and evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, brand compliance, safety, and latency.
- Partner with customer business units to guide user testing, collect feedback, and support operational change management for seamless Agentic System adoption.
Job Qualification:
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex, manual enterprise processes and redesign them for an AI-first approach.
- Deep understanding of LLM behaviors, prompt engineering strategies, RAG concepts, and agentic behaviors applied to business issues.
- Strong domain-specific knowledge, such as FSI, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Strong business architecture and process mapping skills.
Required languages: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English required.
