# In recent years, TSS has acquired hundreds of software companies worldwide. Whether it's an everyday purchase or a special event, chances are that - without realising it - you often use our software. That makes working as a Business Controller within TSS even more challenging!
Although you are employed by TSS, you will be working at one of our software companies. Thus, from your very first day, you will get the chance to look inside several software organisations and carry out your work independently.
As Business Controller, you are the sparring partner of management and make a substantial contribution to achieving the objectives of our business unit(s);
You monitor business performance and influence timely corrective actions;
In addition, you provide insights on possible cost control and efficiency measures;
You will produce solicited and unsolicited, both planned and unforeseen, financial analyses that provide the MT of our business units with the insights to further improve their performance;
You set up the business cases, identifying the financial impact of our new inactive and developments to determine whether it is a smart investment.
Someone who works with accuracy and integrity, is keen on deadlines and immediately sees what can be improved.
Completed degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accountancy;
~ Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.
~ Good communication skills in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing; Catalan not mandatory but a plus;
~ Very good Excel skills;
