As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Japanese market and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Japanese market
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners, building strong relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners
  • Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators and milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Japanese market and business practices
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data
