Job Responsibilities:
- Developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients in Japan
- Building trust, communication, and account management with customers
- Listening to client needs and proposing optimal solutions
- Propose and follow up on the introduction of cutting-edge talent education solutions for companies and educational institutions
- Propose the introduction of digital exam solutions (such as various CBT operations, AI question creation, AI grading, etc.) to educational and exam centers
- Follow-up and feedback
- Supporting Japanese localization and proposing improvements for products and marketing materials
Job Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of corporate sales or solution sales experience related to IT services and educational DX
- Knowledge and experience in LMS (Learning Management System) and talent development within organizations
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services (cloud, AI, machine learning, etc.)
- Experience in education industry, exam institutions, or government business
- Education-related digital technology (CBT, Basic knowledge related to AI-powered question creation, scoring, and evaluation)
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- Consulting-style sales experience understanding customer issues and proposing solutions
- Learning new technologies and services and proactively proposing them
