業務内容
- Assist Captain/Manager to constantly achieve sales and MS targets
- Responsible for the cleanliness of stations
- Check and supervise a proper set-up and ensure sufficient mise en place for outlet.
- Maintain the adherence to F&B policies and service standards by demonstrating leadership
- 売り上げ目標、メンバー満足度達成の為にキャプテン/マネージャーをサポート
- レストラン内の衛生管理に努める
- レストラン内が適切にセッティングされているか管理監督する
- リーダーシップを持って料飲部門ポリシー、サービスの維持に努める
