Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Retail Performance and Operation Senior Manager.
This position will report to Retail Vice President.
This position's key missions are as follows:
As part of the Retail Team, the Performance and Operation Senior Manager will work 360 degrees to enhance and improve Boutique performance and operation.
Drive the maximization and optimization of performance and operations as a Senior Manager
The RP & RO Senior Manager will deploy retail performance projects in the boutiques (digital and non-digital), will deploy operational tasks in the Boutiques and work closely within Retail team and will also be the leader to discuss and tackle all other issues with other departments that have an impact on both performance and operation

- Understand both HQ and Boutique’s challenges/priorities

- Native level Japanese/ Excellent English skills
- Strong interest in digital initiatives, early adopter of digital tools
- High mobility
- Work experience or deep knowledge of retail

業務内容
- Would be dedicated to all RP and RO projects (After-Sales/Reporting/Induction/Digital tools) roll out and in charge of the run phase afterwards.
- Will be considered as the key zone relay for Project Team and for Central Retail Performance and Operation team for projects local deployment.
- The objective is to plan and organize roll out/run phase but also to ensure trainings and to prepare boutique staff to embrace change.
- Accurately convey local requirements to HQ
- Share information with the corresponding positions in each zone.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of the project.
- After the roll-out, he/she will be in charge of the project follow-up with the boutiques and organize regular visits (collect feedback, provide basic support and new training if needed).
