The Position

コンプライアンス業務

・公正競争規約やプロモーションガイドラインに基づくアドバイス

・ロシュグローバルコンプライアンスコミュニティの一員としての活動

・各種方針の周知徹底のためのコンプライアンス研修を企画・実施

・コンプライアンスに関する各種ポリシーの管理・改訂

・四半期ごとのコンプライアンス監視の実施

・リスク・コンプライアンス委員会の運営

・コンプライアンス関連プロセスの確立と管理

・Business Partner向けのトレーニングと監査の実施

・業界団体の活動への参加

・ロシュの規則と規制に基づいた情報管理ガバナンスプロセスの運用と開発

・情報管理委員会を主導し推進する

・データプライバシー管理（日本およびグループの規制を含む）

・内部調査

その他の責任

・部門Webサイトなどのシステム構築・管理

・法務およびコンプライアンスに関連するITソリューションを社内外のIT担当者と推進する

・社内のさまざまな事業プロジェクトに参加

必要な経験

・プロジェクトもしくはチームをリードを3年以上経験のある方

・事業会社（できれば医療業界）またはコンサルタントとしてのの経験優遇

・システム要件定義の経験者優遇

必要な知識・スキル・資格

・ITリテラシー

・英語力：英語の文書を読み理解する能力、英語での会議参加ができれば尚可

ルールの背景や精神を理解し、論理的に考えて説明する力（ロジカルシンキング）

・物事を俯瞰的に分析する能力

・コミュニケーションスキル（聞き手に合わせた表現による発信力、情報を引き出す傾聴力、相手との信頼感を醸成する説得力）

・チームプレイヤー

・自分が取り組むに内容に対する好奇心と積極的な思考と行動

・業界の規制やルールに関する知識を持つ方優遇
