Job Description
Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced Generative AI initiatives, working closely with sales and internal development teams to design, propose, and implement cloud-native AI solutions that meet client business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of achieving sales targets
- Illustrate the value of the company's solutions to prospects in a compelling manner
- Align the company's capabilities, products, and services with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach
- Participate in Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities to assist sales in closing deals
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and opportunities
- Assist the internal development team in developing cloud-native applications to deploy solutions using best practices
- Develop cloud-native technical approaches and proposal plans, identifying best-practice solutions to meet requirements for successful proposals
- Create, edit, and review documents, diagrams, and other artifacts in response to RFPs/RFQs
- Contribute to and participate in customer presentations regarding proposed solutions
- Design deployment architecture for IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS that addresses client business needs, and lead teams implementing them for clients
- Conduct hybrid cloud architecture design, integration, and security work across cloud platforms including Azure AI Foundry, OpenShift, Analytics, and Data
- Conduct POCs and implement designs in Azure
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience spanning at least two cloud/IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations
- Experience creating, deploying, and operating large-scale applications on Azure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Understanding of the costing of different cloud services and optimization
- Ability to conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) and implement designs in Azure
- Experience with workload migration, automation tools, and multi-cloud environments
- Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies, processes, and tools
- Strong stage presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirement-gathering discussions, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users
- Proficiency in technology consulting, training, and development
- Proactive approach to understanding customer/client needs
- Relentless learner with passion for picking up recent technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of microservices and serverless architecture is an added advantage
- Experience in virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is good to have
Languages: Native level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
