About the Team
APAC is one of our most underpenetrated and exciting mega-regions, with large consumer pools (many unaddressed today), a rich and diverse product portfolio, and agile and innovative competitors. The APAC Central Ops mobility team has an objective to accelerate growth for our mobility business in the region by scaling local and global best practices and deploying subject matter expertise across countries, in close collaboration with the country teams and global partners.
Within this, the Consumer Growth team is responsible for expanding the rider base through various new rider growth initiatives, incentives, leveraging the power of the platform, and reaching new customers via partner apps.
About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity to lead our 3P demand strategy and execution. You’ll own the implementation and growth of Uber’s integrations within partner apps. Success will mean acquisition of new consumers through these unique partnerships and growing the long-term value of this consumer base.
Your Impact in Role:
- Launch partners: Work cross-functionally to launch integrations, owning end to end consumer experience and managing ongoing business operations
- Shape value propositions: Refine and clearly communicate how Uber’s products serve different customer needs, ensuring relevance based on the target audience.
- Optimize partnership performance: Balance growth and profitability, finding the right channels and segments to invest in for long-term value
- Turn insights into impact: Analyze partnership performance, user funnels, and campaign results to diagnose opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Test & learn: Establish guardrails and metrics to ensure sustainable growth, running experiments to validate impact while balancing short-term and long-term outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, business development, and country ops teams to coordinate execution and scale programs globally
Your Impact in Role:
- Experience: 6+ years in strategy, operations, growth, consulting, or consumer product management.
- Customer focus: Strong intuition for consumer needs and what drives engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to partner with product, ops, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to bring new programs to life.
- Commercial acumen: Track record of designing initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency with data and experimentation to diagnose opportunities and measure impact.
- Execution drive: Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver at pace.
- Collaboration & communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly and effectively to senior business leaders.
- Full proficiency in English is required
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
