As a Copilot Solution Engineer on the AI Business Solution team, you help customers understand how Microsoft Copilot and related artificial intelligence solutions can transform their business processes and employee experiences. You collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate their priorities into Copilot based solutions that are practical, secure, and ready to scale. You use your solution engineering skills to design and demonstrate scenarios that differentiate our offerings in a rapidly evolving agent and automation landscape, helping customers move from experimentation to measurable value. You partner across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback informs our roadmap and that each engagement contributes to winning in the broader agent solutions market.
