Corporate and Investment Bank - Operations Analyst

You’ll play an integral role as a part of the Japan Operations organization, supporting to ensure the Japan businesses run effectively and efficiently. You will have holistic view of the end-to-end process management of all core production and client-servicing activities across each business.

As a Corporate and Investment Bank - Operations Analyst within the Japan Operations organization, you will play an integral role in ensuring the Japan business runs effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for the team's day-to-day activities, delivering key solutions to our clients in coordination with other J.P. Morgan teams. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a broader analyst community, attending social events, interacting with senior leaders, and learning new skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Be accountable for the team’s day-to-day activities and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients
• Deliver key solutions to our clients in coordination with other J.P. Morgan teams. In addition, you will gain exposure to senior members and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader analyst community
• Take up a key part of the Operations process, which could range from client management, transaction processing to asset servicing

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Holds Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Have less than 4 years of working experiences after graduating
• Be the team player who is able to work in a synergetic, pressurized and changing environment
• Be Detailed- orientated with strong critical thinking, attention to details and ability to overcome the status quo
• Have the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally in Japanese and English
• Have the ability to work effectively to identify problems and work with teams to develop and drive solutions
• Be familiar of Japanese culture and client servicing expectations

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Innovative mindset willing to use Automation Intelligent tools, such as Alteryx, Ui-path, Xceptor to help drive change in our business
• General knowledge of the financial industry will be an advantage
