[THE CLIENT] Client company is a global company from the US, with huge popularity and market share in the global FMCG market. [MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES] * Comprehensive development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty across different customer segments and sectors. * Analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences and behaviors from which communications strategies and interactions can be optimized for maximum impact. * High-level collaborations with vraious internal teams and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing and digital commerce to align CRM strategies with business goals. * Managing CRM campaigns from creation to execution and post-campaign analysis. * Optimizing customer journey to identify and enhance important touchpoints. [QUALIFICATIONS] * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 5+ years of CRM and digital marketing experience * Native Japanese with proficiency in English. * Track records in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies; managing and using CRM systems to improve customer engagement and business results.
