Customer Experience Representative / Administrator

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator based in Chiba in this hybrid role – 3 days a week in our Chiba depot and 2 days a week working from home. You’ll focus on the experience of our valued customers, aiming to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and exceeding customer expectations. You will be a strong communicator (verbal and written) to business level in both Japanese and English.

What you’ll do as Customer Experience Representative / Administrator:

  • Provide excellent in-person and virtual customer service via phone, text, email and online chat

  • Support our customers with issue support, post-sales product support, field service dispatching, etc.

  • Process orders from customers and resolve complaints

  • Advise customers on expected delivery dates, any price changes, any product shortages / substitutes etc.

  • Act as the liaison between customers, production and distribution departments

  • Raise invoices and be the first line point of customer contact for issues with invoice payments

You are / have:

  • Ideally 5-7 years working in a customer experience position with a focus on exceeding customer expectations

  • Proficient in the use of ERP systems such as SAP

  • Proficient in all Microsoft office tools with strong administrative skills

  • A strong communicator and proficient to business level in both Japanese and English

  • Able to work 3 days per week in our Chiba depot

  • Some experience in invoice generation would be highly regarded

  • Ideally have had some experience in a logistics or hire desk environment (not essential)
